got my item, isn't what i wanted. tried to return it but their website is so incompetently made that its impossible. they instructed me to just look up my order and click the "return" button, it doesn't exist. i tried to contact someone but all it did was send me to an AI chat bot that didn't offer any help except for pointing back at their return policy.
