I’m very disappointed with the UPS delivery service. I received a notification stating that the package couldn’t be delivered because no one was available to sign. However, no delivery attempt was actually made—I’ve been home the entire time, and no one came to the door. It’s unacceptable to claim a failed delivery attempt when the driver didn’t even come to the address. I would appreciate an explanation and a proper delivery attempt as soon as possible.
