Delayed perishable package. It was a Friday. I reached out to UPS multiple times and tried to resolve my package not being delivered by 7pm, as stated. Each representative told me the package was on the truck and would be delivered that day. First I was told there were 5 stops in front of me, then one stop, then a few stops but the package would arrive before 11:59 pm. It did not. Now the perishable package is scheduled to be delivered before 7pm on Monday. The perishable item will not be consumable by then. The representatives clearly had a script, which did not help resolve the issue. I feel like UPS gave me the run around when perhaps the package could have been expedited and actually arrived on the scheduled day of delivery.
