Manager Hung up on me

Yesterday: The courier was aggressive and vulgar. I was in a towel and told them I couldn’t open the door further, but they refused to give me my parcel and tried to force me to come out of my apartment. When I called to complain, the manager spoke loudly to someone else while I was talking, telling me to keep talking without actually listening.Today: I assume the courier was reprimanded because in retaliation, they never showed up to deliver my parcel. I paid for delivery, but it was dumped at a pick-up location without notice.The agent #1: I called to report this. The agent was unprofessional, hard to understand, confused, and kept putting me on hold. Then they suggested I pay a fee for redelivery.Manager #2: I was transferred to a manager who seemed to understand my concerns, but when I expressed concerns over quality of future business services due these two experiences, she hung up on me.I will never use UPS again. They can send the parcel back to the sender.
