From Great to Disappointing

UPS used to be stellar, but recently I've had two deliveries delayed by two days with no explanation. Both times the package floated around Houston for 1-2 days before finally moving towards its destination. And then took the most circuitous route imaginable. When you call for an explanation all you get is "Give it another day". Gee, that's comforting. Guess I'll have to go with FedEx whose motto is, "It'll show up at some point".
