Refused to accept that incorrect item was sent

An item was sent in a different size to what I ordered. Uniqlo are refusing to accept that they sent the wrong size even though I have sent them pictures of the labels clearly indicating the size and my order confirmation email clearly indicating the size which I ordered. Response times are 4-5 days for an email and customer service is poor. Would not reccomend.
