I placed an order on 10 December which has not yet been dispatched. It is now almost a month later and I have no idea when it will arrive. I have contacted customer services who have offered no useful information. A previous order I placed at the end of November was dispatched within a few days but was missing an item. I have tried to contact customer service about this too but they are not responding. I would recommend just waiting until the shop reopen to avoid dealing with insanely long delays and terrible customer service.
