Most horrible e-commerce experience!Size simulator on the website pointed with 80%+ confidence that my size was L. When jacket came it was so big that I could fit two of me in it. Plus it came o. The wrong colour. But this was just the begging... to return I had to go to a parcel shop, print a label (which century are we on???) and return. No refund on printing cost or delivery cost. Why not the option of click and collect, it would be much easier than any of the proceedings described. The quality of the product is good, but that is meaningless given the awful experience. So bad that I will look elsewhere to buy even when shops are open again
