My fiance and I would regularly purchase from Uniqlo with no problems as we have always considered the products good quality. I placed an order in January 5th which arrived 16th January. There was an item missing in my order which I reported to customer services that day. I had to fill out a form for Uniqlo to "raise an investigation". I am still awaiting a response from Uniqlo having emailed again for an update on 28th January. If you can no longer provide the service you once did or keep up with demand then don't take people's money.
