I saw an online ad for UNIQLO offering £10 discount on my first order, no mention of a minimum spending. I registered an account and had a welcome email with my discount code.I chose 2 items totalling £82.80 and when i went to use the code, it said the code is invalid, no reason given.I contacted their customer service (?) who told me that my code is valid but because of their system, i have to keep trying.I suppose it is a new selling strategy, they count on people giving up, ignore the voucher and do their shopping anyway. I am not a fan of deceptive strategies and when i came to trust pilot to see if anyone else's had the same experience as me, i noticed that majority were complaining about a variety of reasons why i should feel blessed for not shopping from them.
