I bought two pairs of jeans that needed to be altered at Uniglo as they don’t too certain leg lengths any more. When I collected them a week later they took 20 minutes to find them in their collection room, as they had given a wrong receipt, when I bought them. When I tried them on at home they hadn't been altered and were the same length as when I bought them. I haven’t had a chance to return to central London so I will need to take them to a local day cleaners to be shortened. This is such a disappointment as I love their jeans and I’m going to have to pay for alterations. Not good Uniglo! I expected more.
