If I could put zero stars I would.. Returned a down coat about 5 weeks ago and something has obviously gone wrong because Uniqlo have not processed a refund. I contacted them asking for help, they just said that I had to raise it with Evri as they cannot assist me if I haven’t got the blue piece of paper from the parcel shop.. this is ridiculous as I have the tracking number and it clearly says on Evri website that it has been returned!! Honestly appalled by the customer service.. avoid at all costs!!
