Never again buying stuff from them online

They sent me the wrong item with my order a few weeks ago and they did not let me return it via their regular return methods. They pretend to be investigating the case with their warehouse and they keep on spamming me with emails that the investigation is still going on. Last email I got from them indicates that they don't even know what they are investigating, they think I am waiting for a lost parcel. In the meantime, I have my money stuck and cannot buy the clothing item that I needed. I feel robbed.
