Terrible Refunds Service

Terrible Refunds Service! I returned 5 items via Envri and was only refunded for one item. I was told by Uniqlo Customer Service that an investigation had been conducted and that the Uniqlo Warehouse GB only received one item and thus would not be subjected to a refund for the other items. When asked about the weight of the package, I was told 'it is not accurate' yet this is what they use on the delivery label. They do not want to accept responsibility for their inefficiencies and lack of control in their refunds process and in the end the customer has paid the price (£140). Good job Uniqlo, you have lost a valued customer.
