Went to the new one in Kings x some items are very high, me and my mate struggled to reach while a member of staff watched us.Thank you to the girl with dark hair, and heavy top eye liner that watched without helping it’s your JOB you need customer service training!!Poor show in the new store Sunday 23rd September at 17.15 ground floor, near the front door ladies jackets.
