I had a very positive experience. Yes there were a few glitches with the website, but I found this was remedied when I signed in using Klarna and was able to view all the items I put in my basket and checkout from there. Having seen a lot of negative reviews I decided to be cautious and use Klarna to pay in 3 just in case there were any issues, however I am delighted to report that my order was received, in full and perfectly packaged and in record time- only about 3 days later! Given the fact that I live in the Scottish Highlands and most UK companies have issues delivering on time (and some charge astronomical fees) I was especially impressed. Now onto the items: I am really delighted with the quality for the price. There’s a big push by companies who produce merino wool and I was on the lookout but just couldn’t find anything I could afford with the average price of a sweater being about £100-£150. I have purchased two cardigans, a turtleneck and crew neck sweater for less than that amount with Uniqlo and the quality is superb. In fact for £219 I was able to buy the merino items, three pairs of trousers and a lovely Tshirt. I would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to purchase from this site again.
