Awful awful awful

I recently had an awful experience with this company. My package was damaged in transit, and several items were missing. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to fill out a lot of forms and provide a lot of information. I understand that they need to investigate the issue, but it seems like they're blaming the courier instead of taking responsibility for the problem. I'm terribly disappointed with how they've handled the situation, and I don't even know if I will get this resolved. Look at the reviews, they're awful.
