So first of all, I chose curbside on the delivery and then I get an email saying shipping in four days??? After this, I call Customer service and wait for twenty minutes (understandable) BUT what I get is a rude girl. She cancels my order but is unable to help me whatsoever with the second problem which is the website is not allowing curbside and the Order won’t go through. When I tell her nevermind and am nice saying have a good day, she just doesn’t reply and mumbles something... TERRIBLE customer service and their curbside is not working. PLUS I have to wait up to nine days to get my refund.
