I am at a total loss of words and utterly shocked at the customer service at Ulta. I ordered several Christmas gifts from their site, without realizing it automatically populated my old home address. i contacted Ulta to try and have it changed to the correct address and they said there was nothing they could do. i got an email from them stating that my order was delayed so i took this as an opportunity to try and get the address fixed but still they couldnt do a thing. After contacting them 4 times I got the same response "they are limited with what they can do and cant help me". I have lost $128 and hoping the people who received the order would do the right thing and return it.
