Customer service is terrible. Might be best not to order anything off the website. I Ordered a large package and it got here over a week later with nothing but a mascara and false lashes that I didn’t even order. When I called to get my order reshipped they told me I would no longer be receiving the free gifts I was suppose to receive with my order so I asked for a refund because I added a few items in my cart because it said it came with some really great samples. I had absolutely no issue just simply getting my refund. Then they told me I had to got out of my way to reprint a shipping label and go to the post office durring a pandemic to resend the mascara that they messed up and sent me. And at this point I’m not even waiting on any items from them. I’m just wasting my time correcting their mistake.
