Lost a customer

Wow! Sephora would never treat their customers like Ulta does a while back I purchased an item online and it did not work I took it into the store and the assistant manager would not return the item plus she was very rude because it was bought online which is BS because any online items can be returned in any Ulta store. I called their customer service number and told them what happened and they said that was not true what she said and I should contact my bank and get a reversal for payment This is Ulta's customer service told me this so I did. I got a call from the store manager about 30 minutes later to have me bring the item back into the store and she will handle the return herself which she did so I contacted my bank and told them what happened I finally got my refund from Ulta and the bank cancelled the reversal . I went to order an item today online and it would not accept my payment I reached out to instant chat and they refused my business because I called CS back in June regarding my order that could of been resolved much easier but instead this company does not apparently need business and treats their customers pretty poorly. I am very Disappointed in this company I always thought ulta was a good company but not anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
