Terrible national customer service- My daughter had a brand new gift card that Ulta customer Service said was inactive due to their own computer “glitch” and they would email an e-gift card replacement within 2 hours. 4 weeks, and 3 phone calls later… nothing. Just the same conversation repeatedly and “ we’ll contact you later today” nonsense. Just an awful company to deal with. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Better yet, just find a small business and support them. Ulta cares nothing about its consumers
