I got banned for Toxicity behavior on…

I got banned for Toxicity behavior on xbox but what does that even mean? I didn't abuse anyone or dodn't do anything toxic. All Ubisoft Support can tell to me is ,,You can't get unbaned'' as they don't even give reason for that ban. Support isn't helpfull and they don't even care about customers that been 8 years with them... I spent over 600$ for in game content and all I get is ban for nothing. Shame for corporation like Ubisoft to treat customers in that way. Rainbow six siege is unpleable due to mnk player and ddosers and no one do anything to fix that
