Absolutely terrible experience. I waited forever just to get a driver, and after ages of watching the app search, I finally gave up and found another way to get to my destination. But guess what? Uber still had the nerve to charge me!How does that even make sense? You waste my time, leave me stranded, and then penalize me for not waiting any longer? Ridiculous. If I could give zero stars, I would.Avoid Uber unless you enjoy waiting endlessly and getting charged for nothing.
