I had a ride with Uber on 4-25-25 to the London Gatwick Airport. The charge was $133.07 and had an Uber XL. When I received my receipt the cost was $145.50 because of added charges such as tunnel charges, drop off charges, etc. When I checked my credit card statement the charge was $194.29. I then called my credit card company and disputed this charge and told them I had a receipt from Uber to prove it. They gave me a temporary credit of $48.79 and told me to send my receipt in. My advice to you is to check your receipt and credit card statement and make make sure you are not overcharged. I never did get a receipt for $194.29. Don’t let them screw you.
