A vary bad experience, Spent 3 days in Romania on a family holiday getting scammed on every uber trip, The drivers are using the app to identify customers on arrival, They cancel the booking so you are stranded, Then they try and charge you 5 times to amount, Uber you have a duty of care to protect the customers and this isn’t happening.
