This is a review of Thumbtack overall....Since every service provider knows our phone numbers and names...it is impossible for anyone to write a negative review without fear of personal consequences. So almost everyone gets a 5-star review...and anything less is rare. That makes it very hard to determine which provider to call for our specific project. To that extent yelp is much better.
