Thumbtack Pro customer service is a negative ten. They only thing they push is sales. There is no service anymore, which makes me afraid to do business with them. I had a login access issue and talked to about twenty agents. They kept blaming it on me, unwilling to actually help me look for the problem. I looked for a number online to actually talk to a live customer service rep, but they are all fake. Oh, in this time frame a person from Thumbtack called me to gain business from me on the (account I can't access) and when I told them I couldn't get into my account he said he couldn't help me. When I did find one live person in my manhunt for assistance. He referred me to a bogus 800 number, acted like he was transferring me and hung up very quickly. Finally, after a five-day manhunt I found a rep who had a clue. I kept asking over and over do you see something in my account that won't allow me to reset my password in chat, but they wouldn't even try to help. After countless no's, another chat rep tells me it looks like I opted out of something. The chat reps don't listen nor believe customers and each time after an oh so long and horribly frustrating encounter, they would try to sell me benefits on (the account I can't access). I guess Thumbtack doesn't need customers anymore like they used to early on. Very sad!
