I signed up for the 30 day trial and attempted to cancel two days before the free trial was to end. There is no way to do that from the account page and so I emailed them. I received a reply "Due to increased volume, your reply may take a little longer than normal." The payment went through and now I have had to open a case with PayPal to try to get my money back. Absolutely shameful and shady behavior from this company. Do not sign up for anything with them, they cannot be trusted.
