TFL website is always experiencing technical difficulties, so imagine my frustration after registering for an account, the right thing to do, adding the vehicle and credit card details, [this took some time as you have to wait for the system to function again], only to find the details were not saved and you now have a £80 congestion charge which was the very thing you were trying to avoid, happy to pay the £10 account fee, they even said my vehicle was ULEZ compliant. Received a refund of £80.
