TfL is Totally corrupted service by corrupt Mayer as he doing his advertisements (Mayor of London) and RMT on everywhere London.every stations staff always standing together keeping hand in pockets and doing gossip each other. Setting in box cabin and warming them ass and watching mobile, tablets.know one going to help people(most of visitors as they don’t know how to buy tickets )standing on ticket machines and creating long queues.if u call customer service then takes at list 40mins on the phone to caught one of person.if u get someone then they talking from home and saying by lollipop accuse, my system is down so call after some times because they want to do personal home work in house. Mince they doing nothing And saying we doing hard work.and this bastuds need more salary and doing strikes.even They don’t think about peoples who paying money for travel tickets and from that money they getting salaries. non of TfL staff have to pay for using tfl transport because they working in TfL so this people don’t need to worry about train delays or refunds. Not even TfL , all other sectors are going worse and worse day by day in UK. Now they started new dramatic trend in country, DO STRIKES one by one Underground trains, National Railway, buses,ambulance,nurses,Now school teachers
