I don't know why I am even bothering. Temu/Evri absolutely useless. I ordered goods, didn't get them, got a refund. Now both companies are telling me to pick my parcel up at drop off point. I took bus to point and they don't have it. I tried contacting both customer services got absolutely nowhere. I asked to speak to someone, still waiting, it's the same repetitive questions obviously pre recorded. Recently Temu/Evri have seriously become absolutely terrible.
