I am a loyal customer who regularly places large orders on Temu.Unfortunately, three of my parcels (tracking numbers: CP025680692AE, CP025769956AE, CP025800608AE) were confiscated by Algerian customs due to national import restrictions.I contacted Temu support four times, explained the situation in detail, and provided evidence — but they keep asking me to wait and repeating the same responses.It has now been over 85 days since I placed the orders. According to their own refund policy, I should have received a refund, but they are delaying and ignoring the issue.I asked for a refund as Temu credit, but nothing has been done. This has caused me financial loss and deep disappointment.If Temu continues to ignore my rights as a customer, I will stop shopping from them entirely.
