Absolutely useless. They need to close their doors and hand the keys to someone who can run it more efficiently.My business phone was disconnected even though the bills were paid. They took the payment second time for the same invoice and promised the NBN will be up and running within 2 to 24 hours and 72 hours later they cant find my phone number or my account number on the system,Moving to another provider as soon as I can, TELSTRA you DONOT deserve my business.
