Telstra still roaming…where?

I booked for a Telstra NBN on 14/8/22 for activation on 2/9/2022. Tracked my order on the Telstra App, it stated the order is on schedule. The day arrived, I arrived but Telstra was and is still roaming. Used their message board requesting when will the Technician arrive…they just gave pathetic excuses. Last I heard the ticket has been escalated. They had no courtesy of calling me 48 hours before telling me this is not going to happen as it mentioned in their app I can’t reschedule the appointment in last 48 hours. Requested to speak to their CEO and give my review to her directly but it was a second day on job so she must have been going through induction.
