Absolutely useless almost nonexistent customer service. Completely run by incompetent Indians. Long wait times on calls simply to pay a fkn bill. Australia needs more telco options. Frustrating and sketchy on a fkn good day. Sad at fkn best. And the above mentioned are their good points.
