Shocking customer service. Just told I had to wait 32 minutes for someone to get back because I can't sign in to my account to pay my bill. Very unclear communication in terms of how to navigate various programs, (My Telstra, Telstra App, Digital Certificate, Personal or Business, Telstra Enterprise. And the message system is very annoying. I'm definitely considering changing companies due to lack of customer service and also the expense, can get better deals elsewhere. coverage too is improving with other companies.
