Oh wow, this site says it all, Telstra in a nut shell.In short, I was getting a hopeless 1MB/sec or less internet speed in regional WA. Had to cancel... one week later after hours of attempted calls and messaging, I finally got it cancelled. The process was a circus of being cut off, sending pin numbers to a data sim and not my phone then cutting me off to cancelling, but sneaky attempt at signing me for another plan that I didn't ask for, then going through process to cancel and get refund for that.JUST DON'T DO IT! Save yourself from stress and heartache.
