My review is purely on the subscription service and not the quality of the news articles. It appears to be impossible to cancel a digital subscription at the moment. They are not answering there phones which have an automated message to Email them, which I have done twice.They have Emailed me this morning to say they have too many Emails and are closing my Email’s without actioning them ! MOST annoyingly you cannot cancel the subscription online even though there website and Emails now say you can ! Pure incompetence and borderline criminal activity hiding behind Covid-19. PUT THE OPTION TO CANCEL ON OUR ACCOUNTS ! I know you do not want me to cancel and want to talk me out of it but as you do not have the capacity for that at the moment you CANNOT just ignore my cancel request and take money.
