Been using this app for 15 years. #1 for remote support ive ever used. It's gotten a little harder to use over the years as they add new stuff and close off old ways of doing things (for example; now you have to sign in to teamviewer.com in the app to provide support to friends and family). Still the best i've ever used.edit: as a security professional i recommend reading their white paper on the security of the system. they have layers and layers of risk mitigation and robust protection against brute force password attacks and much more.
