Three years ago, I made the awful mistake of choosing Teachable, and I’ve stuck with them solely to avoid the hassle of moving my subscribers. Now, I’ve reached a breaking point where I’m willing to lose thousands of euros just to get rid of them. That’s how bad it is. Here’s why: - Nonexistent customer support. They never respond, and when they do, it’s with infuriating automated garbage that makes you even angrier. - Endless payment issues. Unresolved for years. A total nightmare. - Invoices that don’t meet legal requirements. I’ve asked multiple times for a solution to make their invoices compliant with Spanish regulations. Their response? Merging tickets and ignoring me for months. - Terrible platform. Integrations are clunky, their video hosting is riddled with issues, and bugs are everywhere. Nothing works smoothly. - Years of lame excuses. They never take accountability and always give you some pathetic excuse. I’ve reached the point where I’d rather destroy a part of my business and start over with a serious provider than deal with Teachable one more day. Stay far, far away.!!!!!!
