I placed my order on the 13th of December and it was to be delivered on the 17th. My order consisted of Christmas cards, Christmas gifts and a few grocery items for a recipe that I was taking to a Christmas party. As of the 18th it still had not shipped out, as UPS noted that the label had been created but they were not in possession of the package. I called customer service on the 18th to find out why my package had not yet shipped as I would not be able to send out Christmas cards this year because of their late delivery and it was starting to make me worry about the Christmas gifts. The customer service rep told me to call back in 2 days with my reference number and the rep would make it right. When I called on the 20th, the new rep replaced all of my items at no charge, apologized, and told me to expect a delivery of the new order. Well, today is December 23rd and it still hasn't shipped.I will never order anything at Christmas time from Target again. I placed my order with Walmart and it was here in 2 days.
