While the service itself may have potential, the lack of customer support is beyond disappointing. I signed up for a free 30-day trial and was charged $84 after just three hours of use. When I reached out for help, the customer service agent gave me multiple excuses as to why a refund could not be issued. First, I was told I needed to cancel before the trial ended (I was still on day one), then he claimed I had downloaded something, which I did not.When I requested to speak to someone who could help, I was told nothing could be done. It’s shocking to experience this from a company that claims to be reputable. I’ve never encountered a business that refuses to issue a refund for a service that hasn’t been used. I’m extremely disappointed and feel misled by this entire experience.
