Have never really had any problems with customer service and over all everything works well.The only issue i could say i have is the time i tried downloading an old game that i had digitally (no disc).I've owned it since August 8 - 2016 but stopped playing after a few years. When i finally decided to download it again a few weeks back the game was gone from my library and in store it told me i had to pay for it again, pretty weird when i have collected trophies and all are spaced out with over months between the first and last earned trophie.After contacting Playstation support i get told that they can't see that i've ever owned the game and that i need to send them a print of my receipt (from over 6 years ago) i told them that i've changed email since then and that my former bank don't have that old information saved.All i'm left with at the end is an apology and the information that i have to buy the game once again, just to play. I have not bought it again yet and this is the only issue i've had.Ps:Buy your games on disc or save the receipts (email receipt)
