Terrible experience. Before buying a subscription the customer team was very responsible with any tiny questions and I was impressive. After subscription and buying 2 domains from them, I encountered major problems with logging in and transferring domain to the website. The customer care team basically disappeared with a response 2 weeks later saying they are resolving technical issues. So I am stuck with a website and a domain both of which are malfunction. I want a refund. For whoever has not subscripted, do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!!!!!
