Would not honour £30 of vouchers i recieved onto my existing £16.99 a month family plan. Stated that my friend who purchased them should have checked the terms in detail. Vouchers now useless as we have no other use for them. This despite being with Spotify over 8 years and spending over £1.500 with them . Their customer service did not care , wasted 1 hour of my time and seemed happy for me to instead leave Spotify.
