Have canceled many, many times and I am still being charged $20 a month. They are heartless people. I told them tem the same DAY that they charged yet AGAIN and they said that I need to close my account EVEN THOUGH I HAVE DONE IT SEVERAL TIMES!! I want a full refund because I didn't even sigh up for premium! Its been almost a year I just want my money back to use it towards bills.. clothing because the little one needs a new winter coat.. food.. I have zero faith in Spotify. Useless' heartless THEIVES THAT ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES! F.U. Spotify!!!!!!! Delete my account and give me back my money! I've never ever even listened to Spotify ONCE!! WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T WANT OR NEED TO LISTEN TO!!! THE LAST REMARKS FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS QUOTE...
