I have been a average a user of Spotify for numerous years. I added my daughter’s account on so now we pay £17 a month. I am deeply disappointed for the past year. The service is not been up to scratch now when I want to listen to Spotify it plays a song for two seconds and then it meets itself or it skipped several songs and then doesn’t play again. I have asked for help through the Spotify chat through Facebook. The guy seems okay but he doesn’t understand what I’m trying to explain. He’s just telling me to wipe my account and start again but obviously it’s taking me several years to build up my library and I don’t wish to delete it all I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it but it hasn’t made any difference whatsoever. I think I might have to use a different platform because I need to have music at night when I sleep and I haven’t slept well for a few days now I’m getting quite aggravated. Why can’t they irritate responsibility? That is obviously something to do with their end but anything to do with technology they always want to blame you and your software they just say just delete the app like it makes any difference whatsoever is so frustrating.
