After 15 years, I'm no longer using Shutterstock.

I've been using Shutterstock for 15 years. I've implemented it in many companies that I've worked for. But today I cancel my account. My annual membership was due to expire, so I had a note in my calendar and went to check my profile for an auto-renewal setting. I couldn't find one, so I thought I was fine. But no, they charged me. So I went on the chat, asked for a refund and for auto-renew to be turned off, got the refund, job done. UNTIL I got charged again two days ago. Went on customer care chat and spoke to someone who really didn't make any sense, was told "as a one-time courtesy, I have requested a £166.80 refund for you". No it's really not a courtesy, you took my money without my permission. And then now, coming on here, I'm genuinely sad. An overwhelming bad experience by thousands of people. Is Shutterstock not embarrassed? It feels like a pyramid scheme to me now. Tricking and trapping people.
