We opened an account with them at the beginning of September and have been shut down at the beginning of November.We sell watches and many accessories/games/gifts under our own brand name and other brands which we are authorised to sell. We were also clearing old stock of some genuine brands that we had previously bought at closeout from genuine authorised outlets but understandably couldn't provide documentation on this dated stock. We received an email asking us for invoices and authorisation for every single item on our website and we were required to produce them within 5 days.They didn't comply with their own stipulations. Their legal team don't reply in a timely manner. They aren't interested in helping companies. We were absolutely prepared to comply but didn't receive any help. We have now been shut down after only 72 days of service - and we have paid upfront for the year, no offer of refund or any further assistance. Just a shutdown of website and no further correspondence.Really terrible experience. We don't recommend them for anyone in the accessory or fashion industry.
